More Information
Sometimes it may be that you can’t find a word you need at a particular moment, or some phrase or idea is just on the tip of your tongue, but not coming out in conversation. The good news is that it is unlikely that any word or phrase is lost forever (if you like, “deleted”), and that different words are hard at different times. This is because people with MS very rarely suffer a primary language problem. That means that the stores of words, their meanings and grammatical rules that we all use to communicate are usually not significantly affected. However, general processing efficiency and external factors can impede communication to a greater or lesser degree.
